Filing and downloading attachments

Can't find this in the manual, I'm afraid.
I want the option of filing members' attachments in folders - one for spreadsheets, one for word docs, one for images, etc. Then I want other members to be able to browse those folders and download whatever they need.
Can this be done? If not, and the attachments have to remain attached to the original post, I can't see how to download that attachment.

There is no such feature in standard vBulletin.

You can download an attachments by clicking on it in the post.
