Junk Mail Filter...how to beat?

A lot of my confirmation emails are getting caught by junk mail filters. How do we get around this?

I'm having the same trouble - I'm sure that I'm losing a LOT of new members to this. In fact, it's such a problem that I'm turning off the email confirmation and going with moderating first posts instead.
