VB Job Board. Been looking forever

I was wondering if anyone can integrate some kind of job board into VB.

This is an example right here:

I think what he has is http://www.joblite.co.uk/products.html integrated into his VB. Im not sure becuase. But on the http://www.joblite.co.uk/testimonials.html it says that that website is using joblite.

Please anyone help me.
