Who are the best custom VB skin designers?

I'm looking to have a custom skin designed, and want the best. I'm wondering if anyone can make some recommendations? If they have a portfolio of work they've done, even better :)

No such thing as "the best". There are many different designers and each designer has his own style which some people like and some don't.

There has to be people who are recognized by the VB community for doing work that is top notch.

So far Vbulletinskinz (Sheldon) and Simple Bits comes off as being one of the better choices from my research.
