I'm looking to add a banner something like below the header. I have enclosed a sample.
it would be nice for the banner to change on refresh.

I agree, this should be easy. I've been battling with this same problem for at least 20 hours. I just want a simple banner rotator that puts an Ad Banner in the header for all pages (Forum, Thread, Post). I will only have about 10 banners total, and they will all be located in the same folder on my server, and will all be the same size and .gif's.
I've searched and searched through here and all of the ad management systems are way too crazy for my needs. I spent 8 hours messing with phpAdsNew and everything else, this is way too intense for my small forum with 10 banners.
Can anyone PLEASE help!?!?!?!

I have read about this solution, but have not yet attempted implemting it. I have used a lot of time trying out different add delivery systems and this was going to be my next candidate. However, when I read down the page a little ways, I ran into this, posted by the creator of the mod:
its not an advertisement mod... just main forum banner ;)
you can find plenty of ad mods :)
Is this an acceptable way to deliver ads also? Have you implemented this? Again, thank you very much for your help.
