I dont know how to call this. Something wrong with the pages and the screen

I dont know how to call this problem. Otherwise I could find an answer during my search, Therefore I have added 2 screen caps, I dont want these pages to show up ( at least not all of them )

If all of them shows up, something just like the screen below happens... And scrollbar goes very far away...

edit the Number of Pages Visible in Page Navigator found in your admincp / vublletin option and see what happens
