Member cannot load custom avatar

Hi all,

I am able to load a custom avatar but one of my members says that she is not able to. Member states that she sees the top box "Your Current Avatar" but does not see "Custom Avatar" box.

In options >> user picture options, I have avatars enabled. Anywhere else I need to look?

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Upload Custom Avatars: Yes
