Help with coppa...

Im quite new to the whole coppa thing so any help here would be appriciated.

My site is a pet forum where people can post anything they want about there pets ect.

do i need to worrie about coppa or could i disable it with out having to worrie about getting into trouble?

COPPA is used on forums that are located in the US and contain material that is not cosidered suitable for minors.

oh i see... so as my forum is hosted on a UK server and aimed at UK audiance i dont need to worrie about coppa?
