3.5.x-3.6.5 compatybile?

Hello its my first post here :D
I have question about mods from ver 3.5.x of vb, becouse i see a lot of good and nice hacks for this vB version, but i can't see new/upgraded stuff for 3.6.5.
So, if ill install any mod from older vb, will work fine for me or ill have problems?

A fair number should work, but some may not work. The best thing to do is set up a test board where you can try the mod before going live.
