This is a bright orange and blue skin. It is highly customized with a sidebar including forum stats! Please read the README (included) for installation information.

AM I ALLOWED TO REMOVE YOU BANNERS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM, IF SO HOW?

You are allowed to remove the banners at the top and bottom, yes. That code for the top banner is in the header template and the code for the bottom banner is in the footer. The advertising links are in the header template as well (near the bottom).

The only thing that you may *not* remove is the code that says "Distributed by: AdminFusion"
