HELP - i screwed up a template please help

Hey, i screwed up the bottom of a thread where the page navigation goes. IE where a user clicks page 1, 2, 3 etc of a thread.

What template is this and how do i reset it?

The template that controls threads is "SHOWTHREAD." You may also want to take a look at "pagenav" in case you changed something in there.
