Stuntchat is nice but you should work on the header to make it fluid. It does not fit to the rest otherwise

I went to "takinitdeep.com".

Upon entering the site my eyes immediately focused on the ugly banner. Please make a banner that is easier on the eyes.

If you're going to have a shoutbox move it to the bottom. You could make a custom profile field that user's can choose from to decide if they even want to show the shoutbox.
You have too many forums. All the RSS can be put into one subforum.
