Email Users and Generate a Mailing List for views/downloads of a specific thread

At the moment I have a few really useful mods added to my board.

These include "Who's Viewed" a specific thread and also "Who's Downloaded" a specific attachment.

I would like to be able to be specific with some emails to my members and would like to be able to generate a mailing list, and/or send an email directly from admin in the Users section for people who are identified by either having viewed, or downloaded a specific post, thread or attachment.

Is there already a mod for this? If not could someone with the skills please make one. It seems that the two mods above already provide info as to who the users are. I just need to be able to extract the date to email them.

I would like to better communication with my members by filtering my email correspondance according to people who viewed a topic or downloaded a thread.

I already have "Who Viewed" and "Who Downloaded" mods installed and working fine. I can see their usernames which is great. However what I can't do is easily extra their email addresses.

It would be great in the admincp if we can generate an email list by either of those two options (either putting in a thread id or url for having downloaded or having viewed)

I am sure everyone would be stoked if someone could make this :eek:

Has anyone got any ideas here. I don't mind paying for some to make the email lists in admin filterable by this type of option. I am sure evryone would love it!
