self-delete hack available?

hi all, i am running 3.6.5 and looking for a self-delete account hack that i saw on this forum, but was wondering if someone can provide a link to the self-delete account hack that works with 3.6.5 so the user can self-delete his/her account

supposedly it works on 3.6 per a few people.
