Its a very straightforward upgrade, no template changes.

Nope I very much doubt any of the hacks will be affected.

On the very day I'm opening up my heavily hacked forum(!) I'm in the process of upgrading now. If it affects any of my hacks, I'll just go throw myself off a bridge or something!
I should be fine though, since as of yet I haven't modified any of the core files.
Wish me luck ;)

There are no changed templates since 3.6.4.

I upgraded and the shit hit the fan. Well, somewhat at least. Inline editing isn't working anymore on my boards. No clue what-so-ever why :(

still no good?

Nopes. Quick reply works fine though, and I guess that uses sort of the same feature somewhat, I think. Not sure what the problem might be. Deleting messages throug the inline edit also works fine. Just the "save" button that doesn't work :/
Edit: well, it turns out it DOES actually submit the edit when you hit save. It just doesn't remove the editor and display the updated posts.
Edit: Seems to be something with my templates. Works with the default style.

It takes like 5 minutes to upgrade. I doubt vBulletin is going to release 3.6.6 within the next 5 minutes.
