Hi,

I wanted to remove all old highscores from the arcade so that users could start a fresh, so I removed all scores under Score Tools and updated Highscores and Best Result (and League table), but the arcade still show the old highscores?

When I click on "[View High Scores]" for a game in the arcade there are no highscores for any of the games, but the old highscore is still visible on the arcade home page.

I want it to show "- no score -" on all games.

Does it take a while before the arcade home page is updated or am I missing something?

No, it should directly have effect.

I will verify this if there is a problem with deleting scores

Ok, I can't see any bug - you have two ways to delete all scores:

1. SCORE TOOLS

After you did this, you need to RESET the "best result ever" - the tool in the score-tools is just to recalculate it, which means it checks if there is any existing result better than the stored best result, and if so it updates it.

You can reset all best results to zero using the Game List and its options at the bottom (which in fact is the second way to delete all scores ;))

2. GAME LIST

First list all your games (if you want to reset ALL scores and best results)

Now scroll down to the bottom and do the following steps:

1. click CHECK ALL to select all games
2. mark "Reset SCORES"
3. mark "Reset BEST RESULT EVER"
4. START

If there are further problems, let me know :)

Hi,

Thanks a lot! Resetting Best Ever through the games list worked.
Strange that it didn't work through Score tools, but never mind :)

not strange, but "working as designed" :)

in score-tools it updates the best results (means: compare if there is a better result and then update it), it does not prune them

Ah. Ok. My mistake ;)
Thanks again!
