I was visiting your forums http://www.bihforum.com/ and one thing caught my immediate attention. I have a snapshot of that forum here (http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/LatestPostsForumHome.jpg). There are many forums on the left side, but there are 4-5 new threads at the right hand side which look so nice and balancing the whole forum rather than showing only a single thread, which looks so odd, if there are many forums. How I achieve this on my forums as well. :) Please guide me to the mod if already released or let me know how to achieve this.
