Quick Reply and Quick Edit dont Work, Wont update

On my forum www.TwinCitiesRacin.com you can quick reply but it will not show up unless you press F5 in either FireFox or Internet Explorer. I have tried this on Windows XP and it does that but if you use Safari on OS X Apple it works. Now Quick edit does the same thing it will only full page edit, Its like there is somthing wrong with Ajax but i cannot find out what. I really need help bad on this.

most likely a bad template edit ...
check your SHOWTHREAD and/or postbit templates

Alright fixed it! What i had to do was take PHP off of CGI mode and put it on ISAPI modem then you have to make sure that the php folder has permission to be used from the web otherwise it will come up with a login page on the internet. If anyone has problems with this just ask me
