can anybody make a vimeo styled Live Feed system

check out www.vimeo.com and www.digg.com/spy. they both have sweet live feeds of what is going on. why not make one for a vbulletin site.

a way for people to watch new posts come in.

it could be designed kinda like the digg spy site.
