2.6.0+ Tournament Creating Error

Hi.

At first let me thank you for this great mod. It seems like I am experiencing some kind of error, but dunno what that may be... When I try to create tournament (Arcade -> Create a New Tournament -> Create tourney), when I click that last button to create the tourney, it redirects me to a blank page with the following "text"/error.

Sry, I am really noobish in those kind of things. Can you please at least advice me which file should I check? I will try to manage then.
