[BUG] Tournament Creates, but does not redirect

When I now attempt to create a tournament with 2.6.0, I no longer get a MySQL error, however I do not get re-directed to a new page. The tournament is actually correct, and it does display - but the problem is that the site displays "Page Cannot Be Found" when you click Create Tournament. What could be up here?

Also, I get the same MySQL error as before when trying to update my settings... I was under the impression this was going to be fixed for this version, any news?

Hmm, thought I fixed everything about the user-settings... please quote the sql-error so I can find it in the code :)

That is the SQL Error I receive when attempting to change "Your Settings"

When attempting to create a tournament, the tournament works - it just doesnt re-direct after tournament is created, it simply gives me a ieframe.dll/pagenotfound.htm address that says "Page cannot be found". If I go back, the tournament does actually exist, I would just hope that it would re-direct.
