user titles as gif??

hi,
Ive got some pics I want to use as titles for members of each group, under ther'e names in the postbit
instead of the titles (admin, moderator, supermoderator) I want to put these little gifs I've got under ther're names
I've seen it in many forums, can someone please tell me how to do that

they are User Ranks ... you will find the option in your ADMINCP
