When you first register for my forums your first post is moderated. When that post is approved you then move into a usergroup that gives you full access. Failure to post in the first 4 weeks will see your account removed.
However, once in that second group you must join a topic-based group to gain access to the forums that match your interest.
Would like a reminder box to appear (and obviously) that reminds people who have never posted that they must post - gives link to FAQ explaining how and suggests which forum to post in.
When user joins next group, the reminder should tell them if they have not chosen one of the public groups that they must join a group and has a link to that part of their UserCP to make it easy for them.
