Help needed to identify shoutbox mod...

I'd like to know what is the shoutbox module used in this forum:

I'm looking for a shoutbox that I can use on the right column of the vbulletin forum.

Look at the source of the page its vbshout 2.1

Any idea how I can make it display at the forumhome's right module?
I could only seem to get it right on CMPS only...
