what about a link which will send another confirmation e mail to all user awaiting confirmation.

then the board remembers he already send them e mail for confirmation twice and they are auto deleted next time an admin laucnh an auto mailing.

Good idea. I have members sit in the "awaiting email confirmation" area forever.

Is there even a way for a user to fix his registration if he typed the wrong e-mail the first time??
