urgent help needed template change

i recently edited something in my template in forumhome_forumbit_level1 templates

but luckily i backed my entire forum file up through ftp

is there a way i can pick out those specific templates (forumhome templates) from the file

Templates are not stored in files, they are stored in the database - so nothing backed up via ftp will be of help to you.

i have the entire forum directory on my cpu, that is completely useless?

do i have any alternatives? or do i have to get someone to write these templates over?
