What hack is this ??

I'm looking for this hack. Another VB board I go to has this and I think it's a great way of reminding the members 'as they go' with their sigs....

See the stuff on the left?? the graph with the smilies and color letting them know their rank so to speak?? What is that and how can I do that for my board??

That just looks like a javascript. There may be something like this on this site, though I believe that is from another site and is just a table with the java they supply in it. It reminds me of those baby countdown scripts.
