Hello,
I have a forum where threads are sorted by start date and not by last reply. This is a kind of "upload" forum, and so it´s the best solution to keep the fresh new uploads at the top without getting pushed down by postings in some old threads.
Now it happens that old Uploads die. If the Uploader now reups it, it´s possible that nobody even notice that and so he did it for nothing. We have a special thread with announcements of reups, but this isnt´t really an optimal solution.
Now I want to ask, if it´s possible to create a button for the thread starter to push his own thread back to the top after he has reuploaded his stuff?
Some advanced options, like usergroup permission, time interval between push a thread or other things would be nice, but this isn´t so important. I would be content with a mod that makes it possible to push a thread back to the top.
Could you understand what I mean? Otherwise please feel free to ask.
Thanks in advance, really would like to see a mod for this...
