Allow usergroups to view disabled board for 3.6.4?

Is there a mod that has been released for this? I have one from 3.5.x but now one of my staff cannot log on even though their usergroup is listed...

I am also looking for this, can anybody help? there are some other hack but it is not working on 3.6.4
