This site is one of 3 that I have brought up since last fall. The forum can be found at http://mygolfparty.com/GolfTalk/index.php The site itself is a resource for golfers to find tee times and etc.
The forum has a few hacks that you may notice. I have not done a thing to monetize it (yet). I will be adding google ads and I have 2 sponsors that I will be adding.
