I already have SmartFTP but it won't open up. It keeps giving me

211-Extension supported
[19:05:54] CLNT

...code. I posted in their forum asking what it meant but no one responded and I need to get some stuff uploaded...

Truth be told, I think it's something with my computer but I don't know what to check...

I've been using FileZilla for a few months and have no complaints.

Does it just look different and run better?
If they all do the same thing...
Its almost like yahoo, msn and aim all are chat messengers but look different.

I used to use that for scene stuff...I mean distro transfers :o , but all done wit that stuff now. FlashFXP was required then, but unless you need FXP, Filezilla does everything ftp faster, simpler, with a better layout

I love SmartFTP's 2.0 series. The old series was not to great. I use FlashXP only when I need to FTP to the XBox. I personally do not like the inter phase.

I may give CuteFTP a shot, as well as the others mentioned here.

Just downloaded and installed cuteftp, it will not show me the folders/files inside certain folders, crap in my opinion, Flashfxp shows the folders/files no probs, whats it all about?

I also agree FileZilla works very well and has made the uploads and upgrades to our sites very easy.
