Hi There!

Got another forum on the go now and would love to know what you think. I took what I learned from the mika fan club one and have tried to clean up my work flow for this new site. Indeed it has been quicker and easier to set up.

I am now at a stage that I want to add more value to the site to get more people to register and hopefully move to a paid site in the future if the advertising never starts to cover everything. So your thoughts are most appreciated! :)

The site: http://www.KartingExtra.com

Many many thanks!

David

Looks great!
- statusicons - the winning flag blended in.
- navbar (menu) moved to top
- description of site  (available everywhere)
- font size

The red is a little too bright for me.

Looks great, I may end up joining your forum. I grew up in kart racing, father owned a track in Indiana and was president of a local club for about 6 years.

I think you may want to try to put that black/grey checkered bg you have on other parts of your site behind your navigation bar. I think it would make it look less plane, also why not put a kart up in your logo. I think a great real image of a kart could really make your logo just look that much better.

Yup! It's all vbulletin and mods from vbulletin.org.

Thanks for your comments. Just got some paying advertisers on board and the forums are finally starting to get quite active :)

Any help appreciated of course ;)
