How can I send a mass-PM to all my users?

Well, there WAS a hack for this, but after a little searching, I've found it doesn't work on 3.6.x. It DOES however work on the 3.5.x versions of vBulletin. So, right now, unless you're running 3.5.x, you can't

Per this post (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=1057269#post1057269), it works with v3.6. One file needs overwriting.
