User Profile - Viewable Notepad for Public

I am looking for some kind of mod that will work as a Buyer Feedback. I have a little classified on my forum sections and was wondering if its possible for the member to go into there profile, add the sellers name onto a notepad, add a description of how the transaction went and then have a moderator or adminstrator to approve of it?
