Where to find a skin coder?

Hi all,

I'm looking for where to find a coder for a skin; I don't need a designer since the design is already made; just a coder which would be proficient at coding; not just some random newbie which would just waste time. Also what would be some estimate for what I would have to pay for such a service.

Check existing vbulletin styles and find one that is similar to what you are looking for, so you would know that author of that style is capable of coding such style, then contact that author.

Otherwise you'll run into kids who heard only about header/footer templates and want to make quick buck.
