Achieving vB.org layout for Mods developers

I am sure I have seen this before, however I am trying to track down the hack to achieve the same layout as used by vB.org for when a coder adds a Mod, please?

What do you mean 'layout structure'?

where they have the Developer box on the right hand side >> Mod information

the release date .. last update etc at the top on the left

Download Now etc etc .. there must be some form of template for this layout
