promotion of usergroup

hi,

i have set a promotion for an user group which is if a certain number of posts is reached, the user may have to be promoted to another user group.
my problem now is some users already reached the promotion strategy but they are not promoted, they are still in the old user group.

what should i do?:(

They should be promoted once the Scheduled Task is run. Please check the Scheduled Task Log to see if it is running.

1. Make sure $cronimage exist in footer template.
