Display users with no additional groups only

I must be missing something here, but is there a way to display a list of users who's primary group is Registered Users and have no secondary group memberships ONLY, e.g. not a member of any group but Registered Users?

Yeah no problems go to Users>Search for Users

Under the Primary usergroup choose Resgisterd Users and click find

Unfortunately that doesnt work, it shows all my members who are members of the registered user group and have secondary groups also.

What I'm looking for is members of only the registered group and no more

In the finish i got this by running a sql query on the DB user table for entries with a membergroupid = null

Now, does anyone know if there is an easy way to mass change users primary group dependant on a secondary group membership?
