Its already werid how they work, but when confirming a email on a board before allowed to post and they still bypass it? :o

its easy for a human to sit and wait for mail to come and then click a link when it arrives.

I ment automatic spam bots.
That do spam automatically. Like making threads as soon as it registers.

There isn't a way around the email confirmation, someone clicks the link and the bot goes to work. The only way they might get around it is if your permissions aren't setup right.

They have bots running on their email inbox, that will automatically follow the confirmation link.

On future versions of vB, is jelsoft plan on doing something to change that? Or can it be :|
I know there is no spam mod on here and other things. But not everything is going to install it :o

There is no way you can prevent bots from reading out emails.
