Need Help with CHMOD

I am very green at this, so please be kind. :o

I downloaded the arcade.

I uploaded all the files in all the right places to my root directory via my cPanel

I have no clue where to go so that I can rest the arcade folders and subfolders via CHMOD to 0777

Please help.

Where you upload the files is where you CHMOD

Perhaps I am not making myself clear. I don't know what CHOMOD is and I don't know how to change the settings via to 0777.

I uloaded the files via cpanel using the file directory.

Right click the directories and click on properties, and make sure all boxes are checked
