Embedding Video Within Posts

I am sorry if this mod already exists, but if not, I would love to see a mod that allows the Admin to post a video (be it QuickTime, Flash, AVI, etc) within a post, so users can watch a video within a thread. If this already exists, PLEASE let me know, as I have searched and searched with no avail. Perhaps I missed it. Otherwise, I'd pay for this. :)
