Infobox for certain words

I've been searching through the mods but I couldn't find a mod or template edit for 3.6.4 that allows me to choose some words that will popup a little infobox when you place the mouse at the text. You sure know this kind of stuff from sites which have text sponsors, for example everytime the word vbulletin is written it's replaced by something so you can hover that text and a box appears which say "vBulletin is a great forum". They often look like this

I believe those sites have a sort of ad system on there. A service will pay them per click or for whoever buys that certain product that the user clicks on. Real stupid and un-attractive if you ask me.
