Can my Admin be verified with my license?

I purchased vBulletin and registered here and was verified etc.

I would like it if one or two of my forum's Admin could get permission to use this site too.

Is there a way for him to use this site under my license?

Just add that admins email address to the license in the vb.com's members area.
