best point system

after having bad experience with vbux and hearing all the reviews i would like to know what the best point system is. Icash or whateevre is the only i can find and i as wondering if it has any major flaws and what other options like it do we have

Just use the build in reputation system its great.

we dont really have to many options there is ebux i think but i think that one is messed up to
