How do I remove a navbar

You can see that I added a new navbar, it is great and I really do not need the top navbar anymore.. but I am not sure how to remove it. Below find my forumhome and navbar, perhaps someone can tell me how to delete this navbar!

If i may ask, which is the new one? the blue or the gray

If I delete the contents of navbar then the wrong one goes, so it is the other one!
The gray one stays, the blue one needs to go!

i think that navbar is part of the 'header' template. If you post that one i could remove it for you.
