Hello guys, I'm new to Vbulletin

I would like to download a shoutbox

How can I download that ? ^^ Just save it to my computer, then go to admin CP what should I do next ?

Well,when you unzip/unrar it,it should contain a readme file,a few files,and an xml file.Usually the case is you upload the xml product under the products section of the cp.The readme should guide you through all the uplaoding/template edits you might have t go through ;).

Vbuletin Control admin >> Styles and Templates >> Download/upload styles

Am I doing something wrong ?

Its not a style
Its a product/plugin

Which means vB admin control panel > Manage products > Product Manager > Upload the XML file

I saved it on my computer. CP admin>> Manage Products >>> add/Import Products

EITHER upload the XML file from your computer I browsed it

Then I got this message

XML Error: Empty document at Line 1
