Thread title double posting

I have just changed to a new site template, and the thread titles are double posting ( Picture (http://i15.tinypic.com/33db56r.jpg) )

Does anybody know how I can change this to have it display once?

Check the threadbit and find $thread[threadtitle], take out the one thats not in a link.
