Well I just started this brand new community. We are currently seeking more members desperately. I have installed some modifications such as when you register, it asks what side of the force you want to be on, and depending on that, you get into Jedi/Sith Talk. Let me know what you think.

NOTE: Currently looking for experienced staff. PM me for details.

The logo is nice, but I think it could be improved a bit. The lettering is very bland, and the images seem a bit squished. I think it you tweak the images a bit it will really pop out at your visitors.

The portal page looks very stock. This is a good start but you will want to customise it more.

In general I am not sure if the color scheme goes well with the logo. If it had more grays and silvers around it the look would tie in much better to the logo.

I like the forum icons, however the one for your News & Announcements forum does not match and seems very out of place. Also the icons in the "Whats Going On?" area do not fit with the others and seem out of place. Pick one style of images and stick with them and it will help the site to flow better.

You have a bunch of off-topic forums that should probably not be there, at least until you have more traffic and community members. They could all be narrowed down to just the Off-Topic forum, then expand as the community grows.

The purpose of the site is easy to determine from the URL, however it would not hurt to have a small blurb on the portal page explaining what the site is about and why people should join. Not only does it appear welcoming to new people but it gives search engines some nice key words to chew on.
