i want to use phpadsnew. Do i just upload all the files on the donload to my web server and then use the right mod to integrate it into my forum

you create you're ad campaign then use code from phpadsnew and insert that to your board.

You might start with the phpadsnew site to figure out what needs to be modified and uploaded. Putting it into a vB (or any) site is a matter of just copying and pasting the invocation code into a page or template.
