Soft colors are easy on the eyes.

It is a very simple design that works quite well. The soft colors are very nice, as noted above. The logo is very simple, but that is the theme for the larger sites lately. I did notice that you highlight the "K" in the logo, but use the "S" in the forum icons. Not that big of a deal though.

The "New Post" and related buttons do not feel like they belong to this skin. I think it is the blue in them, it does not match the light blue used elsewhere.

There is a good amount of forums, though it is a bit on the high side for the activity level. I would definitely not expand until you get more traffic.

To help improve the activity levels I am offering to pay my users $0.10 for every person they refer to the site as well as competitions etc.

Anyone got any more comments or suggestions?
